Many people who seem to be interested in the guild are simply clicking to join the guild in game.
While this may be the normal thing to do for the bulk of guilds in ESO, it is not so for us.

Because we are a small guild, ALL members really matter. No one will be fading into the background here, and be 'just' another name on the screen.
