Soraya's inner thoughts

This one finds the insults of high elves rather annoying. Today, Soraya has nothing else to say.

Also, giant bats are a blight that ought to be exterminated. This one can find nothing worse under the two moons than being ambushed by a screaming, flying meat sack, when she is simply walking under a tree.

Soraya tires of being rained on, but at least this one has crossed into Reapers March. Fewer trees means no cursed bats. Of course the bugs have gone from giant beetles to giant wasps, this one prefers the spicy beetles, the wasps hurt more if they catch you. Also their sting is at face level, this one questions her existence with Azura because of it. Good things is that Soraya once again has sand and stone beneath her claws, no more swamp rot between her toes.

Today Soraya overheard some talk about the Knahaten flu. When she asked what this thing was they looked at her like she was crazy, not an unusual reaction to this ones questions, honestly. Once it was explained, this one could not help but wonder, if her family was affected. When this one came out of her tomb, she never went home, there was too much shock, too much time that passed. But now...Soraya cannot help but think about the family she left so long ago. Did they survive, did they have children? Maybe someday this one will go back and find out, but then maybe this one does not want to know how they died.
