The silent water mystic appears to be a young blue woman in her late twenties, standing quite tall and lanky at over six feet with an apple-shaped body, her shoulders broad and her torso thick, with thin arms, legs and waist. She seems to have perpetually wet hair, black in color for the most part, but with a cascading teal colorization in front that hangs over her mask.Her hair is cut short, crudely and unprofessionally. She holds a book of parchment, constantly opening it to write in it.



The mask is made of wood and covers the upper half of her face, leaving only her glowing blue eyes to peer out from within. Her gaze, should it be met, is curious and hard to read, but fearless- she has no qualms staring. She has a thin sneer with a thin scar over her upper lip, which is painted royal purple.



Her skin is a dark blue with gradients into sky blue, covered in black markings that resemble artistic depictions of water movements, and silver scales that look soft to touch. Her body is unnaturally unblemished, perfectly smooth, and besides the hair atop her head, utterly hairless.



She wears torn, ragged clothing that exposes most of her body, similar to what most Nereids wear if a bit more civilized. Her gloves and boots are little more than wrappings; her sash and bottom-covering are alarmingly frayed. Her top is the one part of her that looks properly made, and it is clearly too small for her water balloons.



The smell of rain follows her everywhere she goes, along with the sound of a pen scritch-scritching as she writes.
