i came upon this gem by pure accident.
It is basically, like four small/medium-sized homes in one. The main hall, a side portal that takes you to a cute little house with a small property overlooking Elswyer, a portal to a large cobbled area, where there is a small room for use, and yet another portal to another area where it is basically a small property.
i'd say on two of the four areas, you can build a nice home if you wanted. The possibilities are absolutely endless.
