I'm not a huge fan of trying to role-play with someone who takes ten years to write super long paragraphs in their role-play. I tend to like to keep things short and sweet. Is that a problem? How do you guys generally play?

Great question!
Iโd sayโฆ Iโm not sure but most likely not. No massive paragraphs anyways. Kat and I, in our finer hours prefer back-and-forth responses. A few lines with some text emoting. Iโve seen people writing novels in replies and thatโs not something youโll see Kat, Shari or I doing but we -do- make it a point to properly emote.

Hey there. Actually, to clarify a bit, i do enjoy para role-play. However, only under ideal circumstances. Usually one on one type of things, where the other person is also taking the time to do it. It's not something i bust out full time all the time. i like to think of myself as a Mirror Role-Player. Meaning, i will try my best to mirror the style the other person is playing in. In general, from what i've seen from people, 'in the guild', is that we have talking text, and some emoting thrown in to help embellish appropriately what the character is doing. The devil is in the details, after all, and for me at least, when role-playing, the more you give, the more i have to process and give back to you. Also, where the Cats are IC at all times, (meaning out in the open world, questing, dungeons etc) most times we only have time to be very basic and to the point with what we type.
