Screenshots of the location are very welcome. As is a brief description what the area you found may be good for, and where it is.
Deshaan
Smuggler's Slip. It's listed as a striking local. Very right side of the map, across from Silent Mire. The Silent Mire Wayshrine is the nearest teleport.
For those who may be looking for an old, small cargo boat, with a large canopy over the top, and a small bed at one end with a little lantern.
Seems like a very quiet location (not many people if any running around), no enemies nearby to interfere with anything.
Right behind it there is a high platform, with a small shack on it, surrounded by barrels and cargo. Inside the shack is another small sleeping cot.

Elswyer (Northern)
Location: Merryvale Farms, South on the map
Nearest Wayshrine: Tenmar Temple Wayshrine
Once you get to the way shine, simply travel left down the road. It's just after the home, Moon-Sugar Meadow.
The main road cuts right through this beautiful little farm. It boasts a stunning covered bridge, and many areas around the lake for fishing.
It is a pretty busy spot for people traveling through, however, they don't seem to bother to stop, despite a quest being available at the farm. You're pretty much safe in the farm, (enemy wise) as long as you don't get near the crops, where the farmers are having trouble with local wildlife.
Like almost everywhere in Elswyer, the scenery is full of eye candy.
Same zone, just down the road, where some water bodies show on your map, (Cords: 34.54, 72,02), on the left side of the road JUST before a long rope bridge is a stunning spot.
The sound of the many surrounding waterfalls fills the air, creating shimmering diamond droplets on the mist (ok, not really, but if it were real there would be...). Here you will find not only water to swim or wade around in, but places to fish, or just kick back and relax on the little beach.
While harpies may be circling lazily above, you have nothing to fear here. Being off the beaten trail (although it is right behind you) it is quiet from other people.
Truly a gem in the zone.

Traveling down the road (and across the bridge) from here, this whole road shows off SO many wonderful locations to stop and RP. There is a small old temple to sit on, seemed safe, and then the many little waterfalls and stream areas, just... *Chefs kiss* SO worth the ride to check it out for yourself.

Nearest Wayshrine: Rimmen
Directly to the left of Rimmen Masterworks (on the map), on the other side of the road, is this adorable little camping location, tucked under a large boulder. Has two sleeping beds, as well as a useable campfire.
There are enemies in the general area, however they don't seem to get close enough to bother you.
People traffic may be light, being next to the main road, this location does spawn some gatherable things people may take interest in.

Nearest Wayshrine: Scar's End Wayshrine
Cords: 27.5, 74.57
From the wayshrine, head south, (down) then east (right). Travel a bit along the road, just past the road that leads to Moongate of Anequina. On the right side of the road, there is a very beautiful waterfall, with as perfect sitting rock to sit and enjoy the day. You'll be caressed by the fine spray of the water as it splashes. Helping to cool you off after perhaps chasing dragons around all day.
There are no enemies close enough to bother you, although Fred, the river troll (his names not really Fred) may peek from atop the waterfall and wave at you down below every now and again.
People traffic is minimal, although you will likely see many people passing you along the road just below you.

StoneFalls
Way North of Ebonheart Wayshrine, in the Stonefang Isle (striking local), you will find a lovely little camp area. (Just on the top of the striking local eye, and slightly to the side of it.)
Seems to be a relatively out of the way place. No enemies around this camp site. Player traffic, i'd say, maybe low. While i was there while writing this, no one came around, however i did pass one person when i got to the island.
Since there is a keg set up, with many bottles around, and a useable cooking fire, could be a great spot for a camp out/party sort of thing. Has beach access, even if it is only a tiny little beach.

Summerset
Go to Russafed Hieghts Wayshrine, which is sort of in the middle of the map, then head north, and sliiightly west, just off the road to the right. (Cord location: 43.87, 43.58) You'll see/hear a large waterfall. On a rock outcropping/ledge, there is a chair, a lantern, and a picnic blanket set out, with two wine goblets, and some food.
Player traffic seems low, but it is right by a main road. There is the occasional enemy wandering, but not right on top of the location.
Another place in Summerset...
Ald Mora Ruins. A stunning local located NW of the Russafeld Heights Wayshrine.
Here, you will find two campfires. One, on the left, is a cooking fire. There are two sleeping bags at each fire, as well as some baskets and such with items in that you can loot.
Seems like a decently quiet place, almost entirely walled in by ruins. No enemies in here.

If this is a little too rustic for you, there is a very beautiful winery just east up the road at Russafeld. Surrounded by the beauty Summerset is known for, you'll find lovely buildings, and entertainment suitable for a little getaway.
The fact you could actually use the existing chairs here to sit down at this lovely table complete with wine for two, from the vinyard, and a game to pass the time.
Summerset
Another sweet little area, located South of the striking local, Edbur Ruins, nearest Wayshrine being Edbur Ruins Wayshrine, you will see a little lake on the map, on the right side of the road.
Here, you will find a beautiful waterfall, a sweet swimming hole, and a cute little platform sitting here, with a fishing rod and bucket. Sadly, you cannot actually fish here., but nothing saying your character couldn't ICly be doing that. If they dont feel like fishing, the little platform makes for a great diving board.
Only friendly wildlife around, and despite being on a main road, it seemed pretty quiet people wise. (Saw no one.)

Northern Elsweyr
Nearest Wayshrine: Riverhold Wayshrine
Cords: 52.02, 24,87
Almost directly South of the wayshrine, right off the road on the left side. (Note, not the road the wayshrine is on. Look on the map, you will see there is a road below that one, sort of the bottom of a C shape.
Just a simple campfire by an empty covered wagon. The campfire is NOT a cooking fire.
Since this location is within spitting distance of a main road, people traffic i imagine could be pretty high (on the road) but from what i can tell, there is no reason for anyone to be going off the road to this little area.

The Gold Coast
Nearest Wayshrine: Technically Anvil Wayshrine.
On the farthest west coast there is a Striking Local called Garlas Malatar. Looks like an old ruins sort of place, also the location of a dungeon. (Depths of Malatar).
Has a cute little camping area with two bed pelts, an useable cooking fire, baskets and provisions, as well as some game hanging in a nearby tree.
People traffic is unknown, however while i was there, only saw one other person briefly. As a Striking Local, i would think people would mainly be coming way out there just to tag it. No enemies in the immediate vicinity, so RP clothing would be fine as well.

Blackwood
Nearest Wayshrine: Leyawiin Outskirts Wayshrine
Go North, up the road. It's on the left-hand side of the main road, just under the striking local eyeball on your map.
The area is really a relaxing place, (sorry pic was in the rain) i had a hard time picking the best angle. There are lovely weeping willow trees on both ends, pleasant places to sit, a waterfall, the pond is deep enough to swim in as well.
No immediate enemies nearby, and even though it's on the main road, people traffic seemed very low.

Additionally, White Stallion Inn (the striking local eyeball) is RIGHT next to this, and the inn itself is a hidden gem. More so if you love animals. Has a bunch of dogs, and cats inside. Two beds upstairs, and three tables downstairs to sit around. UNFORTUNATELY, in true ZOS style, you cannot auto sit in them, but you can always /sitchair and pull up your own.
Also has a resident innkeeper, you can buy things from or sell things too.
Could be an adorable little RP place to grab a bite and share some stories in the warm fire light.

Malabal Tor
Nearest Wayshrine: Valeguard Wayshrine
To the right, along the river from the delve, Roots of Silvanar, is this wonderful camping site.
It has one sleeping roll, a useable cooking fire, a small covered boat with cargo inside, and a nearby little row boat.
No enemies nearby to bother you. People traffic may be light, since it is near a delve. However, far as i can tell, there isn't any pointed reason why people may go there, other than, 'just because'.
