So many time's i've heard this, "i was gonna join but i dont think my character is 'dark' enough for the guild"
That's foolish.
You see, the Cheshire Cats are a collection of people from all walks of life, all personality types. That means, if you want to generalize it all, good, evil, and everything in between.
There is no such thing as HAVING to be a 'dark' character to get in this guild.
As hard core role-players, we are in this guild to play any kind of character we want freely. Without worrying about people wondering if we are IC or OOC, or being judged. Not everyone has to play an off the wall strange, evil, 'dark' character. We just have an open environment where you COULD if you wanted to and do so without worrying about it.
Could a Light loving soft spoken priestess get in? Absolutely.
Again, the Cats as characters are all types.
What they have in common is NOT that they are all 'dark', 'seedy' 'mean' people. The key that binds them together is they have no other family. Either society has shunned them, or they just are lost and alone and have no where else to go.
So that kind, gentle hearted priestess would find a lot more in common with the Cats then one might think, and she would gain a pack of rather formidable friends who would lay their life on the line to protect her. Not matter what her beliefs- bottom line, she would be family. Sure she and or they may not agree on all the same things, but in the end, what family does?
Next time you think about if your character is 'right' for the guild... just ask yourself,
* Do they know the meaning of loyalty?
* Do they shine in the face of adversity? (in their own way.)
* Do they have a passionate soul/spirit?
* Do they believe in never giving up?
if you answered yes to any of those questions, your character could have a home with the 'infamous' Cheshire Cats.
