'Goals' & What to Expect (and not expect)

Many curious people will ask the question, "Well what are the guilds goals?"

The answer to that is different, depending if you look at it from an IC or OOC standpoint. 

IC-

The goals of the guild are to first and foremost be there for those in the gang.  Help them further themselves in their skills and or ambitions.  What is good for the goose is good for the gander, after all.  The pride and success of one, reverberates though the halls and touches each Cats' heart.  With many from questionable beginnings,  something like that means a lot.

Plus, we all need 'that one friend' who will either be in jail sitting there laughing beside you- or breaking you out.

OOC-

Our goals are to give the members the most immersive RP experience possible within the ESO game.  If you have a character whose story requires some special things to happen to move it along, we, as a guild, will ensure that happens.  Just tell us what you need!

We are NOT a guild to focus solely on our OWN character and let others' characters slip to the sidelines.  That's horrible and i will not allow that to happen.

You will find a very diverse array of themes.  It is NOT wholesome happy rainbows and flowers all the time.  Nor is it always evil drudgery, darkness and dowry.   You must learn to take the good with the bad.  If you cannot, we may not be for you.

The devil is in the details.  We are elitists when it comes to RP.  No one is ever perfect, but we will push ourselves and each other to be the best damned RPer out there!

You can expect RP available all the time when other IC members are on, since the guild chat is exclusively IC. 

When it is a guild group in dungeons, we are IC, and may go slowly, entirely immersing ourselves in the environment.  No rushing around blindly.  Not to say that we can't, some nights, someone may have limited time.

You can expect IC members to be there for others, to go hang out for a drink, help somewhere or whatever. 

We have members who are experienced Game Masters as well, who may or may not have exciting and unique story-lines on the go to add more spice and fun to your character's story.

We are a VERY small niche of players.  You need to understand and realize that.

People who feel as we do (anymore) are few and far between.

We believe in being IC at all times while on your guild (Cat) character. 

Usually, most people will be IC only when it suits them.  Being OOC out in the world, dungeons, etc.  For us, that takes away from the immersion, the challenge.

Because people like us are so unique nowadays, you need to know, we won't fill up fast.  Finding appropriate, like-minded guild members may take a very long time.  The guild will always be small.  Even at max (should that ever happen), we will only have ten members.

However, that shouldn't matter if you are a heavy RPer like we are.  We can offer you, people (even if it is a couple) who think and feel as you do when it comes to their character and role-play.  You will have a place here, to share stories, and weave stories with others.

If you are the right fit, the guild for you, will feel like easing into a hot bath.  That missing piece to a puzzle.

We have a very large guild hall and good-sized property to facilitate all sorts of private role-play, where there are no limits or restrictions on what you say.  It's a safe place where you won't get reported or have to deal with trolls.

When you are playing with other Cats, out in the world, dungeons, etc, know you will be welcomed and encouraged to share who your character is with us, as we shall with you.
