Those of you who are coming from WoW, will understand the joy of being able to look around while you are walking - without walking in the direction you are looking.
In ESO, you (i thought) were doomed to be unable to do this. As, normally, you are forced to move where your character is looking.
i found that you can change this! You just have to key bind it. It's easy and painless, i promise. Afterall, i figured it out on my own.
When in game, hit ESC. ----> Controls -----> Fourth Group down, under Camera, you will see Mousefree Look.
That is what you want. Simply key bind that to whatever you like. Preferably, a button you can click easily while using the mouse to look around at the same time. Then VOILA!! You can look around again without straying into a wall or off a cliff.
